Plans have been drawn up to build 11 family homes on land near Badger Way in Verwood.

Three plots of land are currently for sale with the detailed drawings for houses included and will be sold by public auction on 29th June 2022 at 9.45am via Auction House London, Hampstead.

The plans, which have not been submitted for permission as yet, include two pieces of land in front of houses on Woodpecker Close and Foxes Close, and to the side of Belmont Close.

Houses in this area face communal grassland and have their rear gardens facing the roads, meaning nine of the proposed houses will not have any vehicle access or road frontage, and come close to the front doors of existing properties.

A meeting by local residents has taken place and objections are expected to be made to the plans, should they be submitted for approval by any new owners following the auction.

The land adjoining 14 Badger Way, measuring approximately 0.22 Acres (9,640 sq ft). Plans have been drawn up but not submitted for the erection of 4 x three bedroom houses with off street parking.

The land Adjacent to 17 Woodpecker Close, measuring approximately 0.12 acres (5,326 sq ft). Plans have been drawn up for the Erection of 2 x three bedroom detached houses.

Land to the Side of 44 Belmont Close measuring approximately 950 sq m (10,225 sq ft). Plans have been drawn up but not submitted for the erection of 5 x three bedroom houses.
