Jewellery stolen from house in Lions Lane at Ashley Heath

A property in Lions Lane, Ashley Heath, was broken into and jewelry stolen whilst the occupant was inside.

It is reported that between 9.30pm and 10pm on Saturday 16 September 2023, entry was gained and a quantity of high value jewellery was stolen.

The offender is described as male, six feet tall and was wearing a dark-coloured hooded jumper.

Police Constable Matt Cutler, of Dorset Police, said: “The jewellery that was stolen was of great sentimental value to the victim and we are doing all we can to identify the person responsible.

“I would like to hear from residents who may have seen or heard any suspicious activity in the area.

“Also, if you were in the vicinity and have either a dashcam, home CCTV or a doorbell camera, please check your footage during the timeframe for anything that may help my enquiries.”
