A hand car wash could be created in part of the car park at Hillier Garden Centre in Three Legged Cross.
All Bright Cleaner Ltd has applied to Dorset Council to change the use of a corner of the Ringwood Road site. Application P/FUL/2026/02449 includes six covered valeting bays and spaces for vehicles waiting to be cleaned.
Several home improvement applications have also been submitted in Verwood.
Plans for 15 Coniston Close include a single storey side extension, while Blackberry Lodge in Does Lane could see its existing four bay garage demolished and replaced with a four bay car port.
Listed building consent is being sought for a single storey rear extension and solar panels at 19 Ringwood Road.
A further application at 39 Starlight Farm Close proposes a new roof with dormers to create first floor accommodation, together with a front porch.
