Adults in Verwood can now access free mental health and wellbeing support at a new weekly drop-in service in the town.
Access Wellbeing is holding sessions at Verwood Memorial Hall every Wednesday from 9am until 1pm, with no appointment needed.
The service is available to anyone aged 18 and over and can provide support with mental health and emotional difficulties, as well as practical concerns including work, money and housing.

Access Wellbeing East Dorset is managed by BCHA as part of a partnership involving five charities and Dorset HealthCare. More than 30 drop-in spaces operate across Dorset, including weekly sessions in Ferndown and Wimborne.
Leanda Lee, Hub Manager for Access Wellbeing East Dorset, said people can “simply walk in and have a chat, without judgement”.
An online drop-in is also available across Dorset on Wednesdays from 10am until 4pm.
