A home in Ringwood Road, Verwood has received planning permission to be converted into a dental surgery.

Dorset Council has approved the change at no 27A, a three-bed bungalow, for Mrs Ewelina Kiersz, Practice Owner at 123 Dental.

The planning application says that five people will be employed in the practice.

Plans show no external changes to the front of the property with internal alterations which will create a waiting room and reception area just off the front door with two bedrooms converted to two treatment rooms to the rear.

A kitchen is to be retained with an adjoining room converted to a staff room.

The application, Dorset Council reference 2022/03220, says that waste arising from the dental surgery will be taken away by a private contractor.

Planning was approved in September 2022.
