Unwanted items can be picked up from driveways and gardens across Verwood when Freecycle returns on 7 June.
The event, run by Verwoodians on Waste, invites residents to declutter their homes by putting out items they no longer need for others to browse and take away.
Those taking part must register their address by Friday 5 June to be included on the event map. The map will allow people to find participating homes and look for free items between 10am and 4pm.
Verwoodians on Waste said: “Our most popular event is back again.”
The group is encouraging people to reuse household items locally rather than throw them away, with the campaign promoted under the message “reduce, reuse, inspire”.
