Nurse opens SKN Aesthetics clinic at Ebblake

A new aesthetics clinic has opened in Verwood, led by a local nurse with nearly two decades of frontline medical experience.

Amy Waters has launched SKN Aesthetics, bringing her background in intensive care and cancer nursing into a clinic focused on medically led wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers.

Amy, who has worked as a registered nurse for more than seventeen years, said the aim is to offer treatments that are subtle and carefully tailored to each client.

She said the clinic focuses on listening to people first and understanding how confidence and wellbeing are connected.

Amy said she wants clients to feel comfortable and supported when they visit. She said the goal is for people to leave feeling refreshed rather than looking different.

Alongside running the clinic, Amy is also training as an adult integrative counsellor.

As a mother of four, she said she understands how many people struggle to prioritise themselves and hopes the clinic provides a calm space where clients can take time for themselves while receiving safe, medically guided treatments.

You’ll find the business at 12a Enterprise Park on Ebblake, along with a new barbers called Boonys.
