The parent and baby toilet at Ferrett Green is now permanently locked and can only be accessed by those with a special disability key.

A RADAR lock has been fitted, which is the scheme created by the Disability Rights UK organisation used by disabled people under the National Key Scheme.

Parents looking to change their baby in these facilities are expected to purchase a key from Disability Rights UK, the Blue Badge Company or from the Town Council offices during their four hours a day opening times.

The change comes following recent vandalism to the toilet.

Verwood Town Council says it is sorry for the inconvenience and thanks parents for their understanding.
